NO. I won't be scheduling posts for you. Find me online if you would like me to point you to a VA.

Will this package work for me if I just want someone to manage my social media without any involvement from me?
NO. I can only support you and I can help you build confidence and consistency.
Social media is a place to be social. Would you be able to get away with sending someone else to represent your business in a face-to-face networking event? Not if you are a small business owner.  It’s the same for social media. YOU must connect with your audience. YOU must build trust within your community. Not immediately but over time, your audience will figure out that the posts are not from you. They don’t have your energy or your vibe or your emotions.
Do just a little, but be consistent.

Will this package help me if I love Canva and am doing my content myself?
This is a tricky one. This program can help you, but I would suggest trying to figure out what isn’t working for you. If you are already using Canva (and well) and you are making your own content (and have enough time) and posting on your page (consistently), what is it that you think will help you do better? What is it that you really need help with?

Will this package help me if I am just getting started and don’t have any branding ready?
As long as you are clear on your messaging and offers, this package will be a great fit for you. I will help you build a brand to get you started and posts that you can use and re-use to stay consistent on social media.

What's a cover image?
The banner at the very top of your profile or business page is called a cover.

Will I be able to change images in Canva?
NO. The graphics I provide are meant to be used ‘as is’ with variations in text/copy.

What sites do you use for images?
I use the usual free sites, but I also use images from paid sites I subscribe to. This helps me provide a better and wider range of images. Also, the images from the free sites have a higher likelihood of being used by other businesses.

Will I get a copy of the 'image' separately?
No. The graphic I create for you is for you to use. But I won’t be providing images separately, especially the paid ones. I'm happy to guide you to image from free sites.

What is branding for Social media?
Branding is very important and can be very expensive if we want it done right. However, most small businesses are not ready for a big investment and if they are, they are not very clear on other aspects like your ideal client, messaging, values, offers etc. that need to be taken into account during a branding exercise. It takes a few iterations to figure everything out and invest in a branding activity that can have a longer shelf-life.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Not on this package. This is a small/introductory ‘Get to know each other’ offer. I strongly suggest that we chat first and clear any doubts you have before you invest.

What is the validity of this offer?

Will these graphics be usable on multiple platform?
This offer is only for one platform - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Pinterest.
Having said that, most images can be used across all the top social media sites. At the outset, there were clearer directives on the sizes of images for each platform. There still are recommendations but it's a big mix now. I try to design graphics in a square (800X800 / 1080X1080 / 1200X1200). These can be used on Insta and the other three sites - FB, IG and Pinterest.
